Another joint project with Maison Developer is now complete. This time, the IQFENCE team fenced the site of a housing development on Granitowa Street in Szczecin. The scope of work included both fencing the entire property and separating private front gardens.
We have worked with Maison Developer on many projects for years. We are pleased that they entrusted this fencing project to us this time as well.
At the development site, we used 3D and 2D panel fencing, complemented by pedestrian gates. This combination made it possible to match individual sections of the fence to the layout of the buildings and the intended use of each area.
3D panels stand out with their characteristic V-shaped bends, while 2D panels have a flat form. Both solutions create a neat, open fence line that marks the boundaries of the site while preserving visibility and access to light.
The first part of the project was fencing the entire site. We adapted its route to the boundaries of the development, and the pedestrian gates provided access points in designated places.
In residential developments, it is important for the fencing to work well with the property's circulation layout. The placement of entrances and the division of space directly affect the convenience of future residents.
The second part of the work involved creating enclosures for front gardens assigned to the apartments. This is an important part of the development layout - it clearly defines the boundaries of space intended for individual use.
Panel fencing makes it possible to separate individual gardens without creating a full, visually heavy barrier. It also allows residents to arrange the space according to their own needs, for example by adding greenery along the fence.
